In order to most efficiently accommodate any changes that may occur between ticket purchase and event, we postpone ticket delivery until our receipt of all required attendee details:

  • Be dropped off and picked up at the main hotel entrance.

  • Park in the Opry Mills lot and walk to the hotel from there.*

  • Take advantage of the $10 discount off the hotel's prevailing self-parking rate.

You'll receive a unique single-use access code that will allow you to provide these details for the number of tickets you purchased.

Dinner attendees will also reserve their seats at this time.

*NOTE: All spaces in the 5 rows closest to the hotel cost $10.  All other spaces are FREE of charge.

We sort our ticket sales report by purchaser, and your unique access code will account for the TOTAL number of tickets you purchased even if they were purchased in multiple transactions.  In other words, if you buy a pair of Dinner tickets and subsequently buy an individual Dinner ticket, your unique access code will allow you to reserve three [3] Dinner seats.

Yes!  A $5/ticket discount is built into the price of each Whole Table, and a Kroger Community Rewards discount can be applied at checkout.
